Eldor Corporation was founded in 1972 in Orsenigo (Como) in the heart of Brianza, one of the most economically dynamic and vital regions in Europe, by Pasquale Forte an ambitious and focused entrepreneur. 1972 : Establishment of the Company in Orsenigo (Como) 
With the typical spirits of the managers in Brianza, Pasquale Forte starts his activity tending at first to the production of components for black and white and colours televisions. 

1978 : Production Diversification
Eldor increases its range of products adding FBT, SMT, DY and SWC. 

1984 : Start of the Automation Division
Thanks to this new division, Eldor can offer a more flexible service to the customers, with the possibility to develop new technologies on its own. 

1988 : Opening of the second Factory and increase of the business. 
The penetration in the European markets begins. 

1990 : Opening of the third Factory and development of new components
Thanks to the matured experience, Eldor acquires the required know-how to realize new machines for its fully automated production lines. 

1991 : Opening of the first production unit abroad in Istanbul. 
Moreover offices are opened in the U.K. to increase the Eldor market share in Europe. 

1996 : Entry in the Asiatic Market opening a representative office in Singapore
Eldor strengthens its international presence with 5 strategically situated seats. 

1997 : Start-up of the first Automotive Line for transponder products (anti-theft coils for the automotive market) 

1998 : Implementation of Izmir project
With the construction in Turkey (Izmir) of its largest installation, Eldor becomes the European leader and one of the first five Companies in the world in its field. 

1999 : Start-up of the first Automotive line for the production of sparking coils with electronic injection for the Automotive Market. 

2001 : Realization in the headquarters in Orsenigo of a DRY ROOM for the study and the production of lithium batteries. 
Start-up with the production of the new PENCIL COIL device for the automotive market of the new generation. 
Eldor launches into the market new FBT for the new 16:9 and 100Hz CTV’s generation 

2002 : After 30 years of activity, Eldor is one of the first three world companies in the production of wound components for the electronic industry, with annual sales of more than 100 millions of Euros and more than 1200 employees. 
Eldor becomes the first supplier in Europe of ORIGINAL FLYBACK TRANSFORMERS. 

2003 : In January 2003 Eldor sell the Consumer Electronics Division to an American Corporation company called PULSE part of the Technitrol Group. 
Opening the new business unit division ELDOR SPARE PARTS completely dedicated and specialized on spare parts market. 
Consolidation of the ELDOR AUTOMOTIVE DIVISION e development of new products for Automotive Market. 

2004 : Opening of the production unit abroad in Izmir (Turkey) for the production of FBT’s for the Spare Parts Market and Automotive Components.
